The Centre is committed to delivering high-quality care for fertility investigations and treatments. An opportunity has arisen at the Liverpool site for a Reception Administrator who is bright, committed, and enthusiastic. The role involves working within a rapidly developing service, requiring excellent communication skills and a background in administration.
The unit operates from 07:00 to 17:00, supporting a 7-day service. The successful candidate will cover weekend shifts.
The post holder will provide a welcoming, helpful, and efficient reception service for all patients and visitors, requiring understanding of administrative procedures and proficiency in relevant IT systems, including Patient Administrative Systems (PAS). The ability to handle high activity levels professionally and compassionately is essential. Weekend work is required.

Key responsibilities include delivering high customer service, managing patient queries, checking patients into and out of appointments across multiple PAS systems, ensuring demographic accuracy, generating invoices, and processing payments.
Working pattern: Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays from 07:15 to 15:15, and Saturdays from 08:00 to 14:00.
