We are looking for a Class Teacher who: is of Qualified Teacher Statis (Degree 2:1 preferred) has a good understanding of progression and expectations in primary education has experience in teaching Early Years and is familiar with the Early Years Framework has a clear vision of effective teaching and learning has high expectations of attainment and behaviour has the commitment and ability to inspire children and their joy of learning can embrace change and challenges has excellent interpersonal, management, and organisational skills can adhere to policies and procedures and follow GDPR guidelines can maintain confidentiality demonstrates good communication skills, both verbally and in writing has a desire to progress professional development and skills and to participate in school and trust CPD opportunities has a willingness to contribute to the wider school through our curriculum enrichment projects has a good understanding of safeguarding processes and procedures believes in building strong Parent Partnerships to provide cohesive learning to children is willing to travel to other school sites if required.
