The Role

The successful candidate will gain exposure to the full spread of work, including drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documentation, managing conditions precedent processes, inter-creditor arrangements, and any issues which arise relating to living lending transactions.

* Is a Solicitor 5+ years PQE with Banking experience
