About The Role

Based at our east located site in the Dearne area, this client-facing position involves a wide range of responsibilities aimed at supporting individuals through their recovery journey such as:

1. Providing emotional support and promoting wellbeing
2. Encouraging participation in recovery-focused activities
3. Completing paperwork and writing case notes
4. Managing appointments and check-ins
5. Supporting health initiatives and home visits
