Job Description:
Ashton Recruitment requires a Complementary Therapy Programme Co-ordinator for our client, Relatives for Justice. This position is funded by Victims & Survivors Services. The role involves coordinating and delivering complementary therapies across RFJs support centres and online, aimed at victims and survivors of conflict, as part of RFJs Health and Wellbeing Programme promoting healthy lifestyle choices and coping mechanisms.
The responsibilities include:
* Coordinating Complementary Therapy Services for RFJ members.
* Procurement of Complementary Therapy Therapists.
* Supervising Therapists delivering Complementary Therapy.
* Ensuring good governance and data protection in the programme.
* Maintaining safe, professional, and welcoming environments.
* Reviewing and implementing best practice policies for clinics.
* Managing MYMOPS and Salesforce data systems.
* Developing referral systems for additional assistance.
* Collaborating with RFJ staff.
* Providing quarterly reports with qualitative and quantitative data.
* Implementing monitoring and evaluation procedures.
* Producing informational leaflets and website updates.
* Maintaining records in a compliant manner.
* Performing other duties as reasonably assigned by management.
Essential criteria include relevant qualifications in complementary therapy, extensive experience working with trauma victims, project management experience, understanding of conflict legacy and transitional justice, knowledge of trauma impacts, commitment to holistic support, research and reporting experience, CRM systems proficiency, NGO governance knowledge, gender harm understanding, CPD in trauma, excellent communication skills, and ability to travel.
