Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in the UK What will my responsibilities include? Day to day management of your venue kitchen. From food preparation and service to ensuring high standards of cleanliness are kept. To follow our allergens policy and kitchen management package. (Full training given). Managing your kitchen team, rota planning and holidays. Daily ordering from suppliers, monthly stock takes. Working within our food and staffing budgets in order to maintain financial standards Reporting regularly to the Group Executive Head Chef, day to day report to the General Manager.
