Role Overview
As a Sales & Business Development Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers and companies. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, preparing quotes, and closing deals. This is a target-driven role where you will play a key part in expanding our customer base while ensuring outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Duties:
•Respond to inbound enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms quickly and professionally.
•Prepare accurate quotes based on customer requirements (size of move, distance, special requests).
•Negotiate terms, answer questions, and close sales.
•Follow up with leads to convert them into confirmed bookings.
•Maintain detailed records of all communications, quotes, and deals in CRM or tracking system.
Business Development Duties:
•Proactively reach out to potential customers and companies (estate agents, landlords, letting agencies, businesses).
•Build long-term relationships with repeat clients and referral partners.
•Research and identify new business opportunities in domestic and commercial logistics.
•Develop partnerships to create ongoing work pipelines.
•Represent the company in a professional manner to grow brand awareness.
Plan the online presence of company profiles along multiple platforms and track the progress on all and find more platforms regularly.

Key Skills & Requirements
•Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service (logistics/removals industry preferred but not required).
•Confident communicator with excellent phone and email etiquette.
•Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
•Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple enquiries at once.
•Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
•Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
•A problem-solver who can handle customer challenges with a positive attitude.
You will be fully responsible for getting business for the company in a results-based position
