Senior Power BI Developer
Location: London (hybrid, 3 days a week) | Employment Type: Permanent, full time | Business Area: Data & Analytics – Roadside (COO)

What you will be doing
* Build robust Power BI dashboards and semantic models for strategic and operational insights.
* Translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver ad-hoc analysis that matters.
* Automate reporting pipelines and optimise performance for speed and scalability.
* Own Power BI governance, ensuring assets are reusable, well-documented, and aligned with business needs.
* Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to make data accessible and actionable.
* Champion self-service analytics and coach teams on best practices.
What we need from you
* Expert in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, performance optimisation).
* Strong SQL skills (BigQuery or Databricks experience is a plus).
* Experience in data modelling, BI architecture, and automating reporting pipelines.
* Comfortable working in Agile environments with tools like Jira and Confluence.
* Excellent communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
