Role Description
As we continue to expand, diversify, and modernise, joining us as a Content Designer means you\'ll play a crucial role in our success and be part of this exciting motoring journey. Our Chief Operating Office (COO) are the backbone of The AA, providing both stability and structure to support growth and innovation. We are the drivers of change. You will join our Digital function, shaping the words and structures that bring our digital journeys to life for millions of UK breakdown cover customers.
Responsibilities include designing and refining user journeys and product landing pages that are clear, compliant and conversion focused. You will collaborate with product designers, developers, CRO and compliance colleagues to create joined-up, user-first experiences. You will use insights from user research and data to inform content decisions and continuously improve digital journeys. You will communicate clearly with stakeholders across the business, adapting your message to suit different audiences. You will apply Agile principles and work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
* Design and refine user journeys and product landing pages to be clear, compliant and conversion-focused.

Qualifications
* Experience in content design, UX writing or similar, with a strong grasp of UX principles, accessibility and inclusive design.
* Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines, including working with compliance and CRO teams to create content that is both effective and regulatory compliant.
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with clear, confident and adaptable communication that builds trust and influence.
* Empathetic by design, with user-centric thinking and attention to the user experience.
* Curious and forward-thinking, with an interest in AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance content design.
* Comfortable in agile, fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities while staying focused on user and business outcomes.
