Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Warranty Administrator for a full‑time, on‑site position based in Hayle. In this role, you will be responsible for processing, managing, and tracking warranty claims, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and completed within the designated timeframe. Additional tasks include working closely with all staff to address warranty inquiries, maintaining detailed records, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless claim resolution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Warranty Administration with a solid understanding of processes and policies
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members effectively
* Competence in computer literacy, including knowledge of relevant software applications and systems
* Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
* Experience in the automotive industry is a must, but might not but essentially the warranty role, could suit ex‑Technician or ex‑Service Advisor etc
