I am hiring for Business Analyst – (Agile Delivery / Scrum)
Location: Northampton - Hybrid / 2-3 days Per week in office
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
* Ability to operate across multiple levels of detail—from high-level Epics to detailed user stories.
* Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
* Proficiency in tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
* Familiarity with Better Backlogs and Ways of Working frameworks.
