Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Care Manager based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Deputy Care Manager will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our domiciliary care services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to clients. Responsibilities include managing care plans, supervising and training caregivers, providing support and guidance, conducting assessments, and coordinating with healthcare professionals and families to promote the well‑being and independence of clients.
Qualifications
* Case Management and Social Services skills
* Training and Elder Care skills
* Knowledge of Medicine relevant to home care services
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Experience in domiciliary or healthcare management is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Nursing, Healthcare Management, or related field
