The Learning Support Assistant (LSA) will provide tailored support to students across the school, with a particular focus on improving transitions for our younger students in the lower years. The post holder will support the academic, social, emotional, and physical development of students, with interventions designed to meet the needs of the primary curriculum. The role involves working to promote student engagement with lessons and school life, helping students meet the demands of the curriculum while supporting their progress in key areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary education and experience in delivering interventions that support younger students’ learning and development.
This is a fixed term contract, term-time (38 weeks, excluding INSET Days), working 30 hours per week. The contract will end on the 21st July, 2026, but may be extended dependent on funding.
