We have over 800 employees and 200 Wealth Planners providing wealth management and financial planning services across the UK via our network of offices.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Delivery Manager to lead a team in delivering an efficient and professional administrative support service to our Wealth Planners.
As a Client Delivery Team Manager, you will lead your team to support our Wealth Planners with all administrative aspects of client delivery, aiming for excellent client outcomes. Your team will liaise with policy providers, obtain policy illustrations, process new business applications, track progress, and communicate directly with clients.
On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to:
* Ensure your team delivers exceptional service, meeting expectations and deadlines.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client database records.
* Adopt a flexible, hands-on approach in all aspects of client delivery.
* Embed Succession's Vision and Values within the team, fostering the desired culture.
* Support the ongoing development of your team members.
We are looking for someone passionate about delivering exceptional service and motivated to drive team success.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced Financial Services Administration role.
* Supervisory or team management experience is highly desirable but not essential.
* Resilience and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* High professional ethics and integrity.
* Ability to engage your team and foster ownership.
* Strong literacy and numeracy skills with high accuracy.
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Knowledge of the UK regulatory system relevant to Financial Services.
* NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration is desirable.
