Customer Service Administrator(Temporary / Bank role)
The successful candidate will join our busy MIS (Management Information Systems) Team and will support the team with the administration and processing of student information, ensuring a positive enrolment experience for students.
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent customer service skills, sound administration skills and take a proactive approach to managing your tasks. You will require an eye for detail and be highly organised, used to working to and meeting challenging time deadlines, and will be responsible for providing an accurate and efficient data-entry function.
You will be confident in all forms of communication, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software and have the willingness to learn to use bespoke IT software. You will provide an excellent customer service both internally and externally which will include talking to students, parents and carers via the telephone and corresponding using Outlook and other digital methods.
