Following an internal move, we are recruiting a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our Central Team. This is a key role that supports the smooth running of our governance and compliance operations, working closely with key stakeholders across the Trust. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Managing and updating the policy tracker Supporting Freedom of Information and Subject Access Requests (SARs) Overseeing GDPR and GPDRiS systems Coordinating staff inductions and compliance documentation Managing minibus bookings and related logistics Providing administrative support to the Governance team and wider Trust functions We're Looking For Someone Who: Has administrative and/or customer service experience Is confident managing sensitive information with accuracy and discretion Possesses strong IT and organisational skills Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with varied responsibilities Has a positive, team-oriented approach with a passion for making a difference Why Join Adecco? ...
