As a Business Systems Manager, you will oversee the company's business systems, including Finance, Production, Dispatch, and Warehouse Management Systems. You will lead a team, collaborate with departments to ensure smooth operations, and maintain system effectiveness across all functions.
* Manage core business systems, including administration, maintenance, and development.
* Supervise and support the IT team, setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring service standards are met.
* Build and maintain relationships with external partners.
* Assist in the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of business systems.
* Work with the IT service team to ensure operational systems are functional.
* Develop and implement policies and best practices related to systems within Taiko.
* Identify opportunities for technological and process improvements and implement changes.
* Maintain strong relationships with departments and technical partners, including project and IT service delivery teams.
