Our base at Gravesham Community Hospital is ideally located just a short walk from St George’s Shopping Centre, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and great local amenities – making it a convenient and pleasant place to work from. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) within a team that provides care 7 days a week between 08:00 – 20:00, ensuring flexibility and balance across shifts. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential. Main Responsibilities As a valued member of our team, you’ll: Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes and community settings. Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Support patients and families throughout their care journey, promoting dignity, choice, and independence. The Ideal Candidate We’d love to hear from you if you: Are a Registered Nurse (NMC/1st level registration). Are confident using IT systems and familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Have a flexible, proactive approach to work and a genuine passion for community nursing. Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
