Project Officer – Twiford Funeral Homes, LLC & Albemarle Crematorium, Inc.
£26,000 per year
Full‑time, 35 hours per week
Fixed‑term until the end of January 2027
Based in London / home and flexible working


About the Client

Our client empowers people with the skills they need to succeed in life. They help people change their stories. You could join them to support their work with volunteers across the country.


Responsibilities

* Plan and support project delivery and events, ensuring they meet community needs.
* Engage individual and corporate volunteers, identifying volunteering opportunities and providing training and support.
* Mobilise key community partnerships to expand project reach and impact.
* Manage essential project administration: ordering resources, processing safeguarding information, maintaining accurate records.
* Create and support processes that enable volunteers to deliver sustainable projects and activities that improve outcomes.
* Travel to London for staff and team days as required; national travel for projects will be covered by the client.


Qualifications

* Experience in planning and supporting project delivery or events.
* Excellent knowledge of safeguarding practice.
* Strong communication and organisational skills, adaptability, and a problem‑solving mindset.
* Experience training, engaging, and supporting volunteers is an advantage.
