Leading Education Provider is seeking to secure Junior IT Support Engineer to part of a centralised IT Support Team. The role will provide support to 3 Schools based in central Cambridge.
*The role holder will start at the End of August 2025.
Technical Skills Required:
1. IT Support Engineer - 1 - 3+ years' experience.
2. On-site & Remote IT support experience.
3. Education Sector - ideally have provided IT Support in a School environment.
4. MS365 & Google Suite /or/ Google Classroom - experience preferred.
5. Office 365 & Google - User Account Management.
6. Windows 10/11 support.
7. Network Fundamentals & Troubleshooting - such as - Access Points, Wi-Fi, Switches, Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, etc.
8. Support of End User Devices - Windows, Laptop, Desktop, iPads & Tablets.
9. iPads, Apple Laptops & Printer support.
10. Maintain, Troubleshoot & Upgrade - Hardware, Software, Network & Peripheral Equipment.
