We are working on behalf of our established client in the Fire & Security industry, who is looking to appoint a Technical Account Manager based out of their Sheffield office. This is an opportunity for an experienced engineer ready to transition off the tools into a more technical, support-focused position — while still staying hands-on when needed. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver technical support to field engineers and end customers. * Troubleshoot and advise on fire and security system issues. * Support project planning and technical escalation. * Assist with on-site visits when necessary to resolve technical challenges. * Juggle multiple priorities and respond efficiently under pressure. * Strengthen client relationships with responsive, solutions-led service. Requirements: * Strong background as a Fire & Security Engineer – ideally fire-biased. * Working knowledge of fire alarms, detection systems, CCTV, access control & intruder systems. * Confident communicator with excellent problem-solving skills. * Able to manage multiple technical requests simultaneously. * Based within a commutable distance to Sheffield. * Security system experience is beneficial.
