Salary and hours: A basic salary between £30,076 and £39,000 depending on skills and experience. Based on a 42-hour week including Saturdays on a rota, with an additional over-performance bonus opportunity.
Your role as a Vehicle Technician is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, built on trust and honesty. Quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes are core values that guide everything we do.
Responsibilities
* Perform diagnostic, service, and repair work on vehicles to ensure high quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
* Diagnose faults using appropriate tools and equipment and communicate findings to customers as needed.
* Ensure all work is completed safely and in a timely manner, adhering to manufacturer standards.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used, and complete required paperwork.
Qualifications
* A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
* Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
* MOT license preferred but not essential
* Your own set of tools
* A full UK driving licence
