A luxury property developer operating in the UK is currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their site team supporting the Aftercare Department at their head office in Dartford.
To succeed in this role, you must have good knowledge of the New Build Industry, confidence in dealing with customers at all levels, and the ability to diagnose defects.
Responsibilities:
1. Dealing with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
2. Discussing defects with customers and scheduling engineers or subcontractors for specialist issues.
3. Monitoring the Central Customer Service email inbox.
4. Delivering excellent customer service and serving as the first point of contact for the team.
5. Updating the CRM system with all customer communications.
6. Closing jobs on the system once completed.
7. Booking engineers and subcontractors to carry out works.
8. Maintaining good relationships with subcontractors for specialized works.
9. Handling purchase order invoices.
