Job description
Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant
including lunchtime duties. Required from September 2025.
* Four days (26 hours)/week, Monday to Thursday, term time only (08.30 – 15.30)
* LSA Salary £24,790 - £26,409pa FTE (actual salary £13,630-£14,521) £12.84-£12.96/hr
* Lunchtime Salary £12.45/hr
We are a small, village school with big ambitions seeking an experienced Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant/Lunchtime Playleader to join our team. We value the contribution every member of staff makes to the success of our school.
The successful candidate will need to:
* be an enthusiastic, committed team player
* demonstrate experience of working with children
* have a good standard of literacy and numeracy skills
* be able to use their initiative with tasks when required
* be able to adapt tasks confidently
* demonstrate a patient and flexible attitude
