As a participant in this comprehensive program, you will have the opportunity torotate across various Business Units (BUs)within your division. In addition to the inter-divisional rotations, you will also spend time within ourGroup Central Function. This segment of the program allows you to collaborate closely withsenior team members, gaining invaluable insights and mentorship from experienced professionals.
Furthermore, you will be enrolled in ourtailored development scheme. This scheme is not just about honing your skills in your chosen field of expertise; it’s about fosteringholistic professional growth. During your training, you'll gain hands-on experience in key areas such as:
* Tender Process: Review drawings, analyse tenders, and negotiate with contractors.
* S.I.T Budgets: Create and manage Excel SIT Budgets,utiliseCOINS SIT Budgets.
* Order Placement: Chair meetingsand facilitateCOINS Order Placement.
* Payments: Generate payment batches, address invoice queries,and draftcertificates.
* CVR: Conduct valuations, reconcile costs andcompilecomprehensive reports.
* Subcontractor Management: Cultivate relationships, manage accounts andunderstandpricing structures.
