Job Title: Client Services Associate

Location: Eastbourne

Salary: 25,500 - 30,000k

Job type: Permanent

Working Pattern: 38 hours per week - Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30 & 1 in 3 weekends (08:30-19:00)

Our client is a leading UK-based online auction company, known for its vibrant, innovative approach and commitment to delivering an outstanding service. They are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated Client Services Associate to join their growing team.

The successful candidate will be:

Technically minded with strong IT skills

Able to quickly learn and adapt to new or evolving systems

A positive, proactive individual with a can-do attitude

Experienced in customer service (ideally within a SaaS or technology-led environment)

Position Summary:

As a Client Services Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring high levels of client satisfaction by delivering outstanding customer service. A significant part of this role involves training clients on how to use internal systems and breaking down complex technical processes into simple, easy-to-understand guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond efficiently to client enquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions

Train and support clients in using company systems and platforms

Translate complex technical solutions into clear, user-friendly guidance

Maintain and update client records using Microsoft Office and internal systems

Provide administrative support including scheduling, data entry, and reporting

Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues promptly and effectively

Continuously identify opportunities to improve the client experience

Role Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service role is essential

Experience within a SaaS or technology-led environment is highly desirable

Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
