Junior Accounts Assistant
Join our finance and admin team at BAKERS OF DANBURY LIMITED.
We are a long-established Essex‑based construction company, specialising in restoration works to churches and listed buildings, alongside mainstream construction and insurance repairs.
Location: Danbury, Essex
Job Type: Full time, permanent
Salary:£23,000 – £25,000 pa
Key Responsibilities
* Purchase Ledger including processing supplier invoices and cheque/BACS runs.
* Sub-Contractor Ledger including processing invoices, cheque runs and CIS statements.
* Reconciling statements.
* Assist with weekly payroll processing.
* Raising sales ledger invoices.
* Dealing with all queries relating to ledgers and payroll.
* Other ad-hoc accounting and administration tasks.
