Your responsibilities as Admissions Officer/Manager
Manage the full admissions journey from initial enquiry through to confirmed placement
Build and maintain strong referral pipelines with Local Authorities and commissioners
Work closely with schools and stakeholders to secure appropriate, timely placements
Support occupancy targets by converting referrals into placements effectively
Lead and support a direct report to ensure smooth admissions operations
Use CRM systems and data insights to track performance and improve outcomes
What we’re looking for in an Admissions Officer/Manager
Previous experience within education, SEND, or children’s services
Background in admissions, referrals, placements, or pipeline management
Experience working with Local Authorities or external commissioning bodies
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability
Confidence using CRM systems and interpreting performance data
