As HR Business Partner, you will support the Commercial leadership team within the UK & Ireland in talent management, performance management, employee and leadership development, employee relations, change management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. You will also assist in developing and implementing HR priorities aligned with global HR strategies and organizational goals. Join us and make a difference!
What will you do?
* Serve as a consultant to leaders in designated client groups within the UK and European regions, focusing on the Commercial business and supporting other lines of business as needed.
* Utilize effective change management strategies to support business transformation activities.
* Support organizational change and design by collaborating with senior management and HRBPs to identify needs and implement solutions.
* Partner with the global HR function to deliver value-added services that align with business objectives.
* Work with Talent & Organizational Capability COE to improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
* Manage TUPE projects as required, coordinating with departments and HR leadership.
* Lead annual talent management, succession planning, performance management, and compensation processes for the region.
* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment activities.
* Handle complex employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and develop Performance Improvement Plans as needed.
* Lead HR or business initiatives such as organizational restructuring, cultural change, or employee rewards.
* Provide coaching and counseling to employees and managers on sensitive issues.

* Senior-level HR experience in a business-facing role, with talent management and employee relations expertise.
* Change management and organizational development experience.
* Commitment to a 12-month contract.
