Principal Accountabilities
1. Deliver safeguard coverage, availability and visibility of companyโs portfolio
2. Execute effectively agreed commercial plans by achieving specific targets, as set by Leadership
3. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
4. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
5. Monitor industry developments and gather market intelligence
6. Provide information & proposals/solutions on customer needs and issues
Skills and Experience Required
7. Bachelorโs degree in business or related field
8. Previous experience in FMCG and preferably within retailer/independent retail environment
9. Very good knowledge of MS Office
10. Very good command of the English language is desirable
11. Self-supportive, managing time and prioritizing tasks. Analytical thinking
12. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proven ability to build rapport quickly
13. Valid car license and availability to travel within Greece
