* Providing personalised care in line with individual care plans
* Assisting with complex medical conditions and specialist equipment
* Monitoring health and reporting any changes to the clinical team
* Working closely with families and clinical leads to ensure continuity of care
* Keeping accurate records and maintaining high standards of care
✅ What You’ll Need:
* At least 6 months of hands-on experience in a healthcare setting (essential)
* A proactive, self-sufficient approach with excellent communication skills
* Ventilation care experience (desirable but not essential)
* A valid UK driving licence (preferred)
