Role: Senior Contracts Manager - Ground Engineering
We are seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to join a specialist ground engineering team delivering both minor and major piling and geotechnical projects across the UK.
Responsibilities
* Manage project teams throughout construction and installation
* Allocate and oversee resources, including subcontractor performance
* Ensure all works meet safety, quality, and contractual standards
* Provide constructability input and support client engagement
* Collaborate with internal teams to achieve project objectives
Candidate requirements
* Degree-qualified in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
* 10-15 years' experience in ground engineering or piling projects
* Proven leadership, communication, and commercial skills
* Able to work independently and collaboratively
