The Role
* Ensure all customer orders are captured correctly within our CRM.
* Always ensure adherence to the Company's Policies and Procedures to the appropriate standards.
* Providing excellent customer service
* Provide product advice and guidance where appropriate
* Working as part of a team, whilst using your initiative to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
What We Need from You
* Excellent administration & IT skills, competent in use of technology e.g. CRM system, excel & all Office 365 functions.
* Either previous product experience within Timber & Builders Merchants or other associated business environment.
* A genuine passion for going above and beyond.
* An ability to show completer finisher mentality and an understanding of supply chain business processes.
