Complementary Therapy Programme Co-ordinator Relatives for Justice 30 hours per week Permanent Salary: £27,547.20 (NJC Scale SO1, SCP 23 pro rata) Fixed term until March 2026 (subject to funding) Ashton Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with Relatives for Justice (RFJ) to recruit a Complementary Therapy Programme Co-ordinator to lead and develop the delivery of complementary therapy services as part of their Health and Wellbeing Programme. This post is funded by Victims & Survivors Service (VSS) and is currently secured until March 2026. Continuation of the post will be subject to successful future funding applications. The successful candidate will coordinate RFJ's regional Complementary Therapy Programme, delivered across support centres and online, providing vital therapeutic services to victims and survivors of the conflict. You will oversee the procurement and supervision of sessional therapists, ensure high standards of governance and compliance and lead monitoring and evaluation processes in line with funder requirements. This is a key role supporting the delivery of trauma-informed, holistic services within a respected community organisation. Key Responsibilities Coordinate regional Complementary Therapy Services for RFJ members Procure and supervise Complementary Therapy Practitioners Ensure high standards of professional governance and data protection compliance Maintain monitoring and evaluation systems including MYMOPS and Salesforce Produce quarterly qualitative and quantitative reports for senior management and funders Develop and maintain referral pathways both internally and externally Review and implement best practice policies for face-to-face and online clinics Produce service information materials and website updates Ensure safe, professional and welcoming therapeutic environments Essential Criteria Minimum two years' project management experience within a community setting Strong understanding of the somatic impacts of trauma and therapeutic interventions Experience supporting victims and survivors of trauma Minimum five years' experience in monitoring and evaluation systems Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce Strong knowledge of NGO governance and best practice within therapeutic settings Extensive understanding of the legacy of conflict in Ireland and conflict-related gender harms Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills Full driving licence or ability to travel as required Terms & Benefits 30 hours per week (salary pro rata from 37.5 hour week) 21 days annual leave (pro rata) plus office closure days Time in lieu policy (no overtime payments) If you are passionate about trauma-informed practice and want to make a meaningful impact supporting victims and survivors, we would welcome your application.
