We are seeking an experienced Global Accounts Payable Manager to lead our Accounts Payable and Sub-contractor functions. The role will focus on ensuring efficient, accurate financial operations, strengthening controls, and driving continuous process improvements across the function. Hybrid working model (London-based) Opportunity to play a key role in improving and developing AP functions Exposure to wider finance operations and strategic initiatives What you’ll be doing as our Global Accounts Payable Manager: Manage and lead the Accounts Payable and Sub-contractor teams Oversee day-to-day AP operations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing Drive process improvement initiatives across AP and subcontractor workflows Ensure financial controls and processes are adhered to and enhanced Manage working capital, including payment runs and forecasting Reconcile AP and Sub-contractor ledgers to the General Ledger Manage vendor relationships and resolve internal/external queries Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs Support audit requirements and ensure compliance with financial controls Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve financial efficiency What we’re looking for in our Global Accounts Payable Manager: Proven experience in an Accounts Payable Manager or similar role Strong leadership and team management experience Experience driving process and system improvements Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent communication skills with finance and non-finance stakeholders Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables) Experience with finance systems (e.g. NetSuite, Power BI desirable) If you feel you have the required skills and experience, click apply now to be considered as our Global Accounts Payable Manager – we’d love to hear from you!
