Operate equipment for pressing crackers and other baked goods. Pack and label baked products for distribution. Operate our hydroprocess cutting machine, cutting refined and high standard chocolate and pastries. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety standards. Support chefs with any additional tasks required during production The Experience & Qualifications required of our Kitchen Production Assistant are: A proactive team player with a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Previous experience in food production or hospitality is a plus, but not essential. Working Hours: On a rota basis 5 days out of 7 Shifts from 8am-6pm /9am-7pm
