W hat will your responsibilities be? The Adults SPOA (Single Point of Access) serves as the front door to Adult Social Care It is responsible for screening and responding to all referrals made to the service Determines next steps for each referral Provides signposting to appropriate services Coordinates the offer of Information, Advice, and Assistance wherever possible Benefits: Supervision and Training Available Hybrid Work Highest Pay rate across England and Wales Qualifications and Experience: To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
