Job title: Finance Business Partner Location : Maidenhead, Berkshire The Malloy Aeronautics Team: Malloy Aeronautics Limited specializes in the development of heavy lift unmanned air vehicles (UAVs) for both civilian and military uses. Located in Berkshire, our operations are notable for their focus on in-house design and manufacturing. This vertical integration means we control the production of most aircraft components on-site, enhancing our ability to innovate and maintain high standards across all stages of development. About The Role: The business is in a period of transformation having rapidly grown from an R&D SME to a high-volume production business. The finance team is small and requires additional capability to support the transformation and establishment of an appropriate financial control environment to enable business growth and support the business in making the right finance decisions whilst delivering sustainable growth for the future. This role will support the establishment of financial information to support business decision making across internal investment projects, management of stock/inventory and production metrics, there will also be a need to undertake core transactional tasks. Ability to hold Security Clearance – 5 years residence in the UK What you’ll being doing (but not limited too): Support the establishment of project accounting techniques across the business using a collaborative partnering approach Improve cash flow forecasting for the business, focussing on Accounts Payable Demonstrate a structured approach to work, ensure robust and effective financial controls in place, in line with Financial Control Framework and Finance Policies manual.
