Location: Nelson | Office-based (no remote working)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am – 3:30 pm
Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 per annum (pro-rata)
Annual Leave: 23 days plus bank holidays (increasing with service)
OverviewWe are seeking a professional and highly organisedpliance Administrator to support HSEQ, ISO, and project teams within a busy and dynamic office environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach topliance and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collate and share sustainability data, including support for BREEAM teams.
2. Monitor, develop, and review controlled documents.
3. Assist with ISO internal audits, with progression to Lead Auditor (training provided).
4. Support Health & Safetypliance monitoring via project management platforms (training provided), attend meetings, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.
5. Assist QS team with subcontractorpliance, document processing, andpiling projectpletion records.
6. Support onboarding and rollout ofpliance management platforms to subcontractors.
7. Provide general administrative support to operations teams.
8. Cover reception duties during absences.
Person Specification
9. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
10. Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
11. Construction industry experience is advantageous.
12. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
13. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.
14. Ability to prioritisepeting workloads and work on own initiative.
