Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Needed
* Extensive experience in building, configuring, and supporting infrastructure technologies, integrations, and solutions for Mobile Devices (iOS/Android), e.g., Workspace One/Intune.
* Deep knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Management software, including deployment, configuration, and support of mobile clients such as Apple iOS and Samsung Knox devices.
* Practical experience with Cloud Infrastructure services in AWS and Azure, including networking principles and deploying infrastructure via CI/CD pipelines.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure / Entra ID / Intune configurations, policies, Identity principles, SSO, and Certificate-Based Authentication.
* Broad technical skills including front-end and back-end programming languages, preferably Swift, Kotlin, Python, and .NET.
* Proven troubleshooting skills, problem management, root cause analysis, and familiarity with ITIL change and incident management principles.
Your Role
In this role, you'll manage all aspects of the mobile device services, design and implement infrastructure solutions, and collaborate with architecture and engineering teams. Projects include developing MDM components, VPNs, backend APIs, web apps, scripting, and managing cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.

Salary: Up to £68,517.
Pension: Civil service pension with 28.97% employer contributions (~£16,000/year).
Holidays: 26 days, increasing to 31, plus up to 3 days flexi-time and public holidays.
