Job Description
The successful Data Analyst will be involved with but not limited to:
3. Create meaningful business insights from raw data and communicate findings effectively.
4. Build innovative analytical approaches to solve business problems and share methodologies with stakeholders.
5. Generate reports from single or multiple systems to support business needs.
6. Develop new data models and optimise existing ones to enhance reporting accuracy and speed.
7. Support the design, build, and maintain dashboards and BI assets (primarily in Power BI).
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Data analyst will be able to demonstrate
8. SQL skills and experience building data models from scratch.
9. Demonstrated proficiency in BI tools Power BI, SSRS/Report Builder.
10. Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions.
11. Experience supporting multiple departments and iterating on outputs.
12. Strong commercial mindset with the ability to understand the "why" behind the data.
Desirable.
13. Familiarity with ETL/integration tools e.g. SSIS, ADF, LogicApps, Informatica or similar.
14. Source Code Management e.g. Microsoft Devops or similar.
