An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Design Coordinator to join a reputable Tier 1 Main Contractor.
The Design Coordinator will be site based on an Industrial scheme in Kent. My client are currently one of the busiest and reputable Main contractors in the UK who have an exceptional reputation for delivering award winning projects across multiple sectors. The business has been successful with a number of bids in so has recognised this as an ideal opportunity for growth.
You will support and work alongside a Senior Design Manager and project team in the planning, monitoring, review, integration and coordination.

Key Accountabilities:
1. Ensure best practice principles are followed, design assurance and build ability reviews are carried out on a regular basis, design deliverable met and that alignment with commercial strategy is always maintained.
2. Assist the Senior Design Manager in monitoring risk, converting opportunities and in recording, and assessing the impact of change on the project
