Key accountabilities include: Proactively generate new business opportunities and meet our sales charter KPIs — create the activity, customer engagement and pipeline required to maintain 3x+ target cover (or equivalent to your personal conversion ratio). Prioritise your time smartly across prospects — invest hours where they'll drive the most coverage, market penetration and successful conversions. Deliver excellent customer experiences — hit customer satisfaction metrics that drive positive outcomes from first contact through handover. Hit Annual Order Value (AOV) targets. Demonstrable experience in a B2B acquisition based role; would consider candidates who have a mix of account management and acquisition experience with a desire to go into a pure acquisition role. Previous experience within B2B telecommunications and selling products in this category (e.g. Mobile, Connectivity, Cloud, Hosting, Security, Unified Communications and IoT) Ability to create new business pipeline via self generation, ideally in the mid-market space Technically aware, able to understand technical concepts and solutions Track record of success achieving targets and experience in a direct sales environment as an individual contributor. Ability to engage at the highest levels both internally and within target organisations. IT literate and some experience of using Sales Tools e.g. CRM systems, Linkedin Sales Navigator, High Spot.
