Simson Aggregates are a rapidly growing company, and we are looking for an experienced Lead Generator to help drive our business development activity. This is an office-based role focusing on identifying new opportunities, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales team to grow our customer base.
We're ideally looking for someone with previous experience in lead generation or business development, preferably within the construction, aggregates, or building materials industry.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities.
* Research target companies and build prospect lists within the construction sector.
* Make outbound calls and emails to generate interest.
* Maintain accurate records on the CRM system.
* Work closely with the sales teams to maximise lead conversion.
* Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and customer needs.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday – 8:00AM to 5:00PM
(Preferred)
* Previous experience in a lead generation or business development role
* Knowledge of the construction or aggregates industry advantageous
* Confident communicator with a proactive, self-motivated attitude
