A fast-growing healthcare organisation is looking for an Operations Strategy Manager to join its Clinical Operations function and help shape how operational processes scale as the business continues to grow.
This is a high-impact role in a complex service environment, combining operational leadership, quality oversight, and strategic improvement work.
You will oversee a specialist operational team responsible for clinical reporting workflows while working closely with clinical leaders to ensure services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and at scale.
What you'll be doing:-
Operational Leadership
• Provide day-to-day oversight of a specialist operations team responsible for clinical report workflows
• Ensure workload is managed effectively and service levels are maintained
• Act as the escalation point for operational or quality issues
Operational Performance
• Monitor report turnaround times and operational performance metrics
• Ensure outstanding reports are tracked and resolved efficiently
• Maintain strong operational controls and reporting processes
Process Improvement & Strategy
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, systems, and operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain SOPs and operational processes
• Contribute to wider operational strategy as the organisation continues to scale
What we are looking for:-
We’re looking for someone who combines strong operational leadership with a strategic mindset.
You will likely bring:
• Experience in operations management, operational strategy, or service delivery leadership
• Experience working in healthcare or other regulated service environments (desirable but not essential)
• Strong process improvement and problem-solving capability
• Confidence managing operational teams and complex workflows
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, scaling organisation where systems and processes are evolving
