Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Commercial and Residential Property Lawyer to join our growing property team. The position is full-time, with options for remote working or relocation to Maidenhead offices.
The ideal candidate will handle a range of commercial and residential property matters, or specialize in commercial property if preferred. We welcome confident, well-presented, friendly, and approachable solicitors or legal executives with excellent communication skills.
Requirements include:
* A professional qualification (solicitor, FILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer)
* At least 4 years of solid commercial property experience
* Excellent people skills and team spirit
* Strong organizational, time management, and IT skills
* Attention to detail
* Adaptability and resilience under pressure
* High standards of client care and communication skills
* Proven billing success
* Interest in growing the property department, including marketing and referrals (preferred but not essential)
Working primarily from home is possible for experienced candidates capable of independent work.
Despite current market challenges, our property work continues to grow, with anticipated expansion over the next 6-12 months, making this an additional role.
The role may involve:
* Representing property investors (essential)
* Commercial property work
* Residential property work (if capable)
Location options include remote, hybrid, or based at one of four branch offices: Salisbury, Andover, Amesbury, or Fordingbridge.
You will be part of a 27-member property team, divided into residential, commercial, property investor, and leasehold specialist groups.
The property investor team is rapidly growing, working for investors and developers across England and Wales, handling both residential and commercial properties.
Salary is market rate, depending on qualifications and experience.
