The Role The Electrician will be responsible for the installation, connection, and commissioning of solar PV systems, battery storage, and EV charging infrastructure across residential and commercial sites. Key Responsibilities · Installation and commissioning of: Solar PV systems (Aiko / Longi panels) Battery storage systems (Tesla, Sig Energy, Sungrow) Inverters (Solis) EV charging points Carrying out DNO connections and ensuring compliance with grid requirements Testing, inspection, and certification of completed installations Fault finding, maintenance, and system optimisation Ensuring all work meets current electrical regulations and company quality standards Working safely and efficiently on-site, maintaining a professional approach with customers Requirements Fully qualified Electrician 18th Edition Wiring Regulations 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification G39 certification Proven experience in solar PV, battery storage, or EV charging (preferred but not essential) Strong understanding of electrical systems and safe working practices Full UK driving license Willingness to travel as part of a growing national operation What On Offer Competitive salary based on experience Discretionary annual bonus Company van and tools provided Pension scheme 22 days holiday plus bank holidays Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding national business Supportive, high-performance culture focused on quality and innovation This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking renewable energy company at a key stage of growth.
