This position promises a stimulating blend of tasks that will keep you engaged and ensure your professional development.</p><h3>Duties</h3><ul><li>Reletting properties</li><li>Arranging inventory / check‑in</li><li>Organising check‑out / deposit return / dilapidations</li><li>Deposit dispute administration</li><li>Reconciliation of incoming rents with client account</li><li>Managing arrears</li><li>Maintenance / repair management</li><li>Organising contractor appointments</li><li>Liaising with tenants and landlords</li><li>Chasing outstanding works</li><li>Organising gas / electrical safety certificates / EPCs</li><li>Arranging tenancy extensions / renewals</li><li>Visiting properties and carrying out inspections</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>3 years experience</li><li>Very good attention to detail</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>A desire to provide a good level of client service</li><li>An ability to calmly apply initiative and common sense in prioritising and managing a busy workload</li><li>Full UK driving licence required</li></ul></div>
