Job Description
A rare opportunity has arisen for a Golf Operations Attendant to join our busy team! We are seeking someone to coordinate, assist, and supervise the daily operations of the golf department, focusing on guest service, retail, event management, and outdoor services.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Delivering first-class, five-star customer service to all golfers and inspiring the golf team to uphold outstanding service standards.
2. Maintaining a guest-focused approach at all times.
3. Engaging with guests to gather feedback on product quality and service levels; responding effectively to guest issues and complaints, seeking assistance from the Director of Golf when necessary, while demonstrating autonomy and ownership of guest concerns.
4. Handling roles related to guest service such as retail, meet and greet, on-course (golf course ranger and marshalling), and golf event management.
5. Providing excellent customer service within company standards, emphasizing colleague ownership and resolution of guest issues.
6. Participating in the daily operational running of the golf department.
7. Supporting the tournament functions of the resort, such as the Scottish Seniors Open.
8. Performing additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Golf and Golf Operations Manager.
Qualifications
* A passion for golf.
* Experience in a guest-facing role is advantageous.
* Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
