We are seeking a full-time Call Handler to join an excellent Construction group in the Cookstown area. The successful candidate will assist the Response Maintenance Team with day-to-day administrative duties in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong teamwork and excellent communication skills to ensure the team is fully supported and targets and workflows are managed efficiently and professionally. Key Duties & Responsibilities Duties will include a range of general administrative tasks within a busy office environment, including: Managing email and telephone enquiries from both internal staff and the public Providing a high level of customer service and telephone support in a professional and pleasant manner Managing your own assigned contract, meeting deadlines, and keeping tenants, contractors, and management updated Scheduling appointments and meetings, ensuring diaries are accurate and up to date Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems Supporting the wider Response Maintenance Team with administrative tasks as required Experience & Skills Required Previous administrative experience desirable (not essential as full training will be provided) Demonstrated reliability, flexibility, and adaptability Ability to work on your own initiative and remain accurate under pressure Excellent computer skills, including strong knowledge of MS Office Strong planning, organisational and communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team What We Offer Pay review after successful 6-month probation Full-time, consistent working hours Supportive team environment Full training provided and opportunities for long-term progression Apply now or email your CV to
